FOUR INJURED IN TRAFFIC COLLISION INVOLVING POLICE VEHICLE

Gresham, Ore.—At approximately 3:44 a.m., Gresham police officers and medical personnel responded to a two-vehicle traffic collision involving a sedan and police vehicle at the intersection of NW Eastman Pkwy. and NW Burnside Rd. The three occupants of the sedan and a police officer were transported to area hospitals, all with trauma injuries. The intersection is expected to be closed until approximately 7:30 a.m.

The East Metro Vehicular Crimes Team (VCT) responded to the scene and is investigating the crash. Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office is leading the investigation as a Gresham Police officer was involved in the crash.
