DETAILS: | Officers responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of NE Stephens Street and NE Winchester Street. After an investigation it was determined that D1C had attempted to make a left turn directly in front of D2. D2 struck D1C head on and both vehicles sustained heavy front-end damage. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. Neither driver was injured during the crash. |

DETAILS: | Officers contacted Timothy during a traffic stop after he failed to maintain his lane and drove into oncoming traffic on W Madrone Street. Timothy’s driving was called in by several witnesses as being erratically and nearly hitting multiple curbs. During the contact officers noted Timothy showed signs of impairment and asked him to perform field sobriety tests, which he agreed to do. Timothy was unable to perform SFST and was taken into custody without incident. Timothy refused to provide a breath test and a search warrant was granted to obtain his BAC. |
