DETAILS: | Officers and DCSO deputies responded to a road rage incident that started in the City and led to the county. Both drivers involved were contacted regarding the incident near the Melrose Store. Witnesses stated the Chevrolet Avalanche, driven by Ava Thacker, attempted to run the RV off the roadway and, at one point, collided with it. The Avalanche was occupied by Michael Borges and William June. Once in the area of the Melrose Store, Michael and William got inside the RV and drug the driver, Johnathon Laine, from the RV onto the roadway by placing a rope around his neck. William then drove the RV from the area and parked it in a nearby parking lot. He returned to Michael's location, where Michael was in the process of trying to tie Johnathon's wrists together. Witnesses stated they observed Ava, Michael, and William assaulting Johnathon on the side of the roadway. All three were taken into custody and were charged with the above-mentioned crimes. |

DETAILS: | Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at 457 NE Russel Ave. The disturbance occurred between Melyah Smith and Johnathan Elliot. Johnathan ran from the scene prior to law enforcement arrival. Melyah had several injuries from the incident and stated Jonathan covered their mouth, impeding her ability to breathe. Jonathan was later contacted and was taken into custody for Strangulation and Assault IV. |

DETAILS: | Officers responded to a disturbance at 149 SE Houck and contacted Kaysie who reported while at the dump (260 W McClain) Corey grabbed her by the throat, restricting her airway. The two returned home and continued arguing and Corey shoved Kaysie against the wall. Corey's account of the incident was consistent with Kaysie's. He was taken into custody without incident. |

DETAILS: | Bowden left his vehicle parked, running, and unlocked outside of Domino's while he went inside. During this time, West stole the vehicle and fled east on W Harvard Avenue. Within a few minutes, Deputy Moe located the vehicle south on Interstate-5. A short vehicle pursuit ensued and the vehicle came to stop at mile post 110, where she was taken into custody. West found was in possession of over $1,000 worth of Seth's property when she was taken into cusotdy. The vehicle was released back to Bowden. |
