V2 was parked in a nearby business. V3 was parked partially on the sidewalk. During the investigation, officers learned D1 turned left from Bogard onto Diamond Lake when his vehicle collided with V2 who was in the eastbound right lane of Diamond Lake. V1 spun into the left lane and collided with V3. D2 was suspended at the Misdemeanor level and had two warrants for his arrest. D2 was taken into custody and lodged at corrections after being cleared by Mercy ER. D1 was issued a citation for the above traffic violation. All passengers were cleared by medical, and the drivers arranged for private tows. |
