DETAILS:

Officers observed a white truck pull out of the Jersey Lilly and pull into the Garden Valley Mini-Mart. A short time later officers saw the vehicle failing to maintain while driving south on NW Highland. A traffic stop was conducted Johnson was identified as the driver. He showed signs of intoxication on scene and refused to do SFSTs. He did not provide a breath sample and a warrant was written. A blood draw was later conducted, and he was lodged at the jail.

DETAILS:

Blackfox was reported to be acting disorderly in the parking lot of the Space Age gas station. When officers arrived, he was barefoot, running around screaming that officers were trying to rape him. At one point, he took off running, charging at a customer, who challenged Blackfox with a firearm. Officers tried to take Blackfox into custody and he actively resisted. Blackfox punched officers multiple times while on the ground and continued to kick and scream, refusing any commands. Officers had to force him into the car which he continued resisting. Blackfox managed to knee one of the officers in the head while trying to get him into the backseat, resulting in injury.

Officers responded to a report of a driver who was attempting to flee the scene of a motor vehicle crash. Officers found Davis running away from the scene and being chased by Lett. During the investigation, officers learned Davis pulled in front of Lett, and Lett hit the side of Davis' vehicle. Davis was detained and transported to Corrections.

DISPOSITION:

Davis was transported to Mercy where he was cited and released. His vehicle was impounded by Roseburg Towing. Lett's vehicle was able to drive from the scene.

DETAILS:

Brian Emerson reported a male trespassing in his backyard but officers were unable to locate him. 30 minutes later, Brian located the male suspect at Riverview Terrace and blocked his vehicle in. The suspect, Richard Benefiel, tried to drive away and hit Brian's Toyota Tundra. Richard was contacted by officers and taken into custody.

DISPOSITION:


Richard was lodged at Corrections and his vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing due to it being a traffic hazard.

He charged the bartender a few times but eventually left when he was informed law enforcement was en route. He was contacted at Downtown Market and detained without issue. A knife was located in his pocket and he was taken into custody and lodged at the Douglas County Jail.
